1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your email address, name, role selection, and documents you choose to upload. We do not collect data beyond what you explicitly provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to provide the BridgePass service: document storage, consent-driven sharing, notifications, and audit logging. We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your data for advertising.
3. Document Security
Documents are stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through our consent-based permission system. Every document access is logged in an immutable audit trail that you can review at any time.
4. Data Sharing
Your documents are shared only when you explicitly grant permission. All sharing is time-bound with a maximum duration of one year. You can revoke any permission instantly. Attorneys and employers can only access documents you have specifically shared with them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data and documents are permanently removed from our systems. Audit logs are retained for compliance purposes but are anonymized after account deletion.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. You can download your documents, view your complete audit trail, and manage all permissions from your dashboard.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.
8. Contact
